Picked up my alloys today :D The tyres are 195/50/R15 Toyo's and they look bloody chunky so I'm wondering how low I can go. I've done some photoshops of what I think -40mm and -60mm will look like. What do you think?

The horrible truth is the lower you go the bumpier the ride mate . It,d be no problem if we didnt live in a country that thinks a lunar surface is a passable road- so think on . I bet you want to go 60 ? 40 aint that bad is it ??
good luck.

So far I've decided -40 has all the benefits (ride better, more insurance friendly etc) apart from looking as cool as -60. The problem is the wheels seem to stick out further than I thought and I was wondering if I can get -60 without them catching the arch :o

Should be fine.
The wheels should be et49.
My 15s fit fine, mines lowered about 50/60mm.

I'm sure it said they were ET46 under the centre cap. I wouldn't mind being able to change the ride height, 50mm sounds like a good compromise. How much did your setup cost?

Yeah, should be fine mate.
If anything they might slightly catch the outer arch lip sometimes.

My suspension setup was on the car when i bought it.
You could try the Blistein kit with yellow shocks, i think thats a 50/60mm drop.

Ive got the lip on my rear arch folded running 195/50x15" with an 80mm rear drop and they dont rub, so 60mm should be fine.

60mm it is lol. Should I fold the arches myself? Problem is one of the rear arches is practically built of filler and I can't remember how much I put on the other.
