Tuning a 1.0S

Anyone got some tips?
Wanna stay with a 1.0 because of the insurance & yearly car-check (or how do you call it in England :-) )
So, would another head fit on it or so?

You're stuck with the 1.0, because it is OHV, and all other Nova engines are OHC so no parts are interchangeable!

hi there are a few tuning options open to you but for the power increase you would get would not be worth the money. my advice to you would be save the money put it to one side and when your insurance has come down buy a better car.

i would seriously not recommend tuning it you would be disapointed.

iirc a 1.2i is the same group thats where ya want to be goin if u want to stay at group3

i'd love to get a 1.0 engine and turn it into a lawn mower.
Might just be able to cut grass better than my 4-stroke Honda.
