hi im just wondering if anyone else has used dhl in the last week or so as thay was ment 2 pick a parcel up last wednesday and deliver 2 me on thursday that i never recived .So i rang them on friday and explaned the situation 2 them and thay just said ok we will pick it up on monday 2 only find out now thay never turned up at the lads house 2day
im just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and what kind of action can i take? cheers

Cant really understand as youve wrote it very confusing.

Either the other guy is lying or there just missing each other.

I use them daily, no problems.

I've used DHL many times, no probs at all. Always turned up to collect and to deliver on the correct day.

Ring them tomorrow and ask if a delivery bloke went to the house to pick up the item.
