what size are they? and what offset are they? the guy sellin em sez there 15's but to me they look like 14's???

They look like 15" off an Astra. If they are to my knowledge they'll be ET49 offset.

Depends what tyres they have on. 205 width tyres rub on the shock IIRC.
If they tyres are 195/55 (which they usually are on them wheels) they should fit ok.

They look smaller than they are because of the tyre size, get some nice 195/45 on there and they'll look better.

Depends on the width of the wheel, but yes they should do.
