I've had this for sometime when i was looking into the conversion myself, hope it comes in handy for sombody. I was sent the info via email so its a copy and paste...

Firstly you need a conversion plate from bill falconer cost approx ?140
engine mounting too (dont know cost) cant measure mine as you cant get to it without taking engine etc out
clutch
use the suzuki pressure plate with the nova 1300 NOT 1600 centre plate and vauxhall release bearing
radiator and hoses
nova gte radiator use the vauxhall bottom hose onto the vauxhall original plastic pipe that comes from the back of engine(this pipe needs to be shortened and mated to the steel pipe at the back of the suzuki engine using a straight rubber hose
top hose
use the vauxhall top hose but shorten slightly ....this then needs to go into a 90 bend then along the front panel and then also has to reduce down in size see pics
(this was the most difficult part of the conversion but is quiet easy once you start) i used exhaust tubing and then sleaved another one inside to get me down in size then welded up)
wiring for alternator etc
starter motor as vauxhall wiring
oil pressure needs extending round to the front of engine block
alternator use original blue as wire to L on diagram below ... forget about the other terminals you dont need S and F
you also need to put a switched live in to terminal IG i used a switch live i found in loom belive it was black with a yellow tracer but not 100%
the battery cable from alternator to starter need a new one making slightly longer

EXHAUST
use the suzuki down pipes and then you have to modify the system to match up very easy as they both have the same joints its just a case of making it point in the right direction!!!!
carbs mines running yamaha r1 carbs with custom made inlet etc cost ?500 for that you get manifold carbs and airbox plus a full rolling road etc
supplied by dave bogg dynotune

picked mine up sat and its ballistic for a 1300 its more power than my 1600 8v had which was cammed with a ported head and was running twin 40 dellortos
its still pulling and wants more a 7k

Hope that helps sombody out.

you can use either engine mk1 or 2 mines using the mk2 gti engine running a mk1 gti dissy or you could use a stand alone ignition system ie mbe etc
