Hey i wanna lower my 1.2i mk 2 expression, and dont really wanna fork out for replacement shocks or lowered ones so just want some springs lo lower it tastefully not deck it right down, say bout 40mm so does anyone know or what type of springs to go for,......i dont wanna chop them either..
Gmax for cheapness.
Or theres Jamex, Eibach, PI too.
You can get a set of usually Jamex, or sometimes PI(you dont know what springs will be sent) from
www.tuning.co.uk
You would benefit more by fitting uprated shocks with them.

Haven't seen that site before, pretty decent. ?200 for -60mm springs and Bilstein shocks. Anybody used them before?

The Blistein black shocks are only 10% uprated from standard OE stuff.

I presume this means the ride is not stiffened greatly. Is this a good or a bad thing? How would it compare to a GMAX kit in terms of handling and ride comfort?

Look in the parts for sale section. second hands the best way to get a bargain.
