Just pull it off its cliped in to the beam(May have to use force)

or if you want the beem off its bolted on,you can get to them from under the wheel arches m8

you have 2/1 bolts inside on the arch which hold on the bit you can slide it off, being quite old it probably wont slide very nice. Then you have kind of clips underneath the bumper along the cross memeber which you need to push the centers in to pop them off.

Just take the bolts out the front wings(inside the wing)
And grab the edge of the bumper that folds around the arch lip
Pull it and it will(should) unclip off the bumper bar.
Do the other side the same.

Or, undo the 2 bolts each side holding the bumper rail to the chassis, undo the 2 bolts each side holding the bumper onto the wings.
And the whole lot WILL slide off

if you remove the carriage bar, it's an arse to fit the bumper on, and get all the bolt holes lines up with the bumper irons and the bar.

easiest way i found was to remove the carriage bar with the bumper, but leave the irons in place - it's very fiddely to get to the bolts but you'l find the bumper will be easier to put back on without any gaps e.t.c

A gsi bumper will fit straight onto your standard mk2 bumper bar.
No need to get another bar.
