Everything from the GSI will fit, As far as i mind all the holes are there and its just a matter of Pop Riviting the new motor in and the wiring is just plugged in.

you'll need to make holes from the doors to the body.

Make sure you do it on the side of the car - not on the door edge - the cables will snap.

the hole can be drilled about 6" below the topof the upper door mounting on the side of the car - you'll need a grommet and need to remove the door to do this properly. Hole should come out about in line with the fuse box - but down a bit (watch wires behind)

Also - you may as well fit central locking whilst youre there because the wiring loom is all built in.

Amd finally - make sure you use the proper rivery - they need tpo be the heavy duty ones to take the extra pressure of the mechanism (theres no cut off when it gets to the top).

Follow haynes for hints/tips on fitting new mecahnism.
