i know some people fit suzki swift there most be more more

what about honda v tev or rover matreo twin cam for example

Funny you should mention that young fellow, a mate of mine is fitting a 16 DOHC Civic engine to his Nova. I'll get some pics on monday.

you can fit any engine you fancy with the right ammount of fettling.

one of the nicest conversions i did the engine for was a 1300 16v suzuki that competes in rallying over here.

9500rpm for not a lot of work

The Hayabusa engine is a good conversion.

vtec is much harder than the swift...

the gearbox is at the opposite end of the engine as the engien turns anticlockwise,

although saying that.. i did one 1600 that made 196bhp.. and its in a mini!

ive always had the idea of a 6 cylinder Mtec lump mid mounted in the back, but i dont have somewhere to do it, the patience, or the skills with a welding torch.

1.3 metro gti turbo engines are popular.

or cut out the boot and rear seats and add a hayabusa turbo engine (they can be taken to well over 400bhp) using a Z-cars roll cage and rear axle. make the car rear whee drive as well!

bit pricy though;
