Theres a tightening nut under the car near the rear arm. u mite wanna adjust the rear shoes,take the drum off.

If you have the land owners permission then i rectract my former statement, and advise that you pop to halfords and purchase a haynes owners manual, in which you will find most of the answers you will ever need relating to mainaining your car.
I was merely pointing out that the behaviour in the above quote is the kind of reason the general public and the police have been given in the past to target genuine enthusiasts with properly built cars in the same manner ( or should that be worse?) than they target people with battered and scarred cars which are quite obviously falling to bits.
