just fit the 1.3 sr inlet manifold and carb. the 1.3 head will lose a bit of power.

~55bhp for a std 1.2 carb.

a 1992 nova isn't going to be carbed as standard.

They are Single point injection (which look alot like a carb)

And unfortunatly its going to be less than 45bhp.

a 1.3 head will not help you. It will lower your c/r and also mean your square type inlet manifold won't fit properly.

there is a chance that the 92 nova could be a carb if its a flair.

I've seen quite a few J-plate 1.2s with carbs fitted.
Its mostly the late 92/ and 1993 when SPI was fitted.

yea mine's defo a carb model and is a merit, she was first registered 2nd Jan '92.

So basically fit the carb and manifold from the sr and that shud give me a little more power then??

I have both of those on order as it is anyway, and hopefully within the next week or two i should have a full zorst system with 4 branch!!

Yeah, make sure its off a 1300SR and not a 1400SR, as they are very different.

And just hope that the autochoke on the 1300SR pierburg carb is working fine.
You should find the wire for the autochoke taped up the starter motor. Black and yellow wire IIRC.
