Been offered some of these, wondering if any of you know what they are or how much they might be worth? All have decent tyres.

What, 15"? I think i saw them advertised in Max Power Years ago, the wheels had all the sopkes colour coded or in this case, not. Nothing special mate, do they Rub on the Nova? 100 to 150stg for them.

Look a bit like 14's to me, although could be due to the design...

STG, Sterling, as in English Pounds Sterling.

sterling. and i honestly wouldn't pay more than ?50-70

Where would I find the offset of the wheel to check? How much can it be out before handling is noticeably bad?

Its not the handling that you've to worry about, its the wheel catching the arch. Look on the back of the wheel on the spokes and on the Centre of it, should say there. it'll say ET and to digits immediately after that.

i think its had a rear ender so the arches an wheels arent in the best of places to be honest.
