im going to run two 6*9 in my rear door cards will running a 90watt amp under the seat get to hot power these speakers and if it get a bit to hot computer fans beenough to keep it cool

If you mean are they going to get hot and will computer fans be enough to keep them cool then yes, you should be ok with that.
