Right a local lad wants to buy my GTE and 1400 SR head off me to stick onto his 1200 Corsa's bottom end, WTF is that all about? He reckons that it'll give plenty of power and that he's has it done on Previous cars, is he talking Bollox?

1.4 spi/sr/any carbed one is square port and gash.

the 1.6 head would be a benefit but only once skimmed to death :D

ive never really known myself lol, but vicious rumour has it that the 1.2 head flows better, and has the added bonus of a slightly increased CR ;)

Right, i've heard its to do with the 1200 Head having better compression when mated to the 1400 Bottom end, i have 2 1.3 SR heads and i'm gonna use one with the T40s, but i'm not sure weather to go with the 12 or the 13 now.

be a lot better if u wn=ent for the 1.4mpi head instead dod. only trouble will be if your not going to use T40's.
