Why?
BOth engines are the same bhp?

The wiring is totally different on the engines, as e16se has seperate engine loom, whereas c16se engine loom is placed with the car loom.

yea i know, but i find the C16se to run alot better than the E16se in my opinion, is it not possible to swap them over without alot of hassel?

if its a dispack then you need to swap the hole loom.
may even have to anyway.

can't see the point though, unless current engine is in bad shape.

Both in standard form they are identical near enough, as has been said.

All c16se were Dispak AFAIK.
You will need to swap the whole loom, as its totally different to the e16se one.

If you need to replace the engine i would just swap it for another e16se, as that will just unplug, and plug the new one in :)

Sounds like a lot of work for absolutely no power/torque gains!

It's not like the C16SE is more tunable than the E16SE either!
