right ive got a 92 sxi. ive bought an x20xev ecotec motor out of a calibra. im re-building the engine and at the same time tuning it. i would like 200bhp if poss. im gettin rid of the injection bollocks and possibly wacking a set of twin 45's on. just not sure though. suggestions? also will my existing wiring loom fit onto the xe with little mods as im changing to carb. and one last thing, ive got a wide arch kit to put on but not sure how to make the wheelbase wider. please any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
thanks

to be honest if you want 200bhp your going to have to go down the throttle bodie route imo. Im not sure wht the ecotechs tune like but they start with 20bhp down on the redtop so it might take a little more work to get it up.

TBs on a x20xev give around 180bhp.

youll get 200bhp if you adds some reasonably lairy cams and some head work along with the TB's, but if your doing a rebuild anyway id get hold of an XE as you'll probably have to run a CAT on the ecosmeg to stay legal.
