Can i run t-40's on my x16xe with out changing the ecu? Thanks,ROB.

ill say no, but id assume someone has manage to do it......

it will physically run but the ignition son't be set up and you will loose 20-30% of power sraight away.

Think dan did this on his C16SE before he got a dizzy from an sr.

(there isn't any dizzy drive on the X16XE so got to find a way around).

yep, ive ran them in gto's etc.

and you can run the ecu if you slot the crank sensor bracket and use this to set the max timing but its not the way to go about it as the lads above have already said
