Should a Nova GTE 1991 H reg be fitted as standed with side indicators on the front wings?????? CHEERS :-/
lol, i think you'll find 99.9% of cars have side repeaters mate .

cars built after august 1986 are fitted with side winkies. its the law, therefore making it an mot requirement. alltho most seem to pass allright.........dont know how??????Mmmmmmmmmm

Yep....all Novas from 86ish should have them fitted.
My A-reg (83) Nova didn't have 'em fitted 'cos it didn't have to by law.
MKII's can get away with it legally 'cos the front ones wrap further around the side than the MKI ones do...some technicality to do with the markings on the lenses...been talked about before on here.
mot tester's can only fail it if the side repeaters are there and not working . if they aint there they will not fail it .

Cheers thick question i know but i had to ask. I bought a GTE about 2 months ago and it had just had new wing fitted and the side repeaters weren't there. So looks like i'll have to fit so oval one's they look good just not sure which colour to go for

cars after 86 have to have them when left the factory and when being imported to the country!
I was told by six different M.O.T testers that if they where there and were ot working will fail if not there does matter wont fail nothing broken!In so many words(a hell of alot more)!
If not got holes don't bother They'll only get nicked by some F***er!

Cheers ednovasr it hasn't got the holes so i'll leave it just wondered what the mot tester would say. Thanks Guys
