electrics help!!!

ive gota digi dash that has worked in my car 4 bout a year nothin has been wrong with it until now i think,

the the fuse keeps goin in my car its number 18 on the fuse board.
my dash and my head unit dont work wen the fuse goes,

but when i put a 30amp fuse in the 18 slot wen the iginition is all ready on it alright but until i start my car it goes

. 10 20 amp fuses just blow straight away,i duno if a wire has come loseon the dash or anything,i aint good with electrics it sucks.

first, stop putting big fuses in it.
second, if this fault occurs when starting, there is a good chance that the engine earth is breaking down, causing the current to find a different way back to the battery. the earth strap is on the end of the gearbox, and visible under the left arch.
Give it a wiggle. you should be able to see if it is shot.

If it is ok, then just inspect the wiring and look for a fault in the engine bay.
