for a very low ride (more than -80mm drop) r coilovers the answer? what are the ads and disadvantages?

yes and i cant really think of any disadvantage other than cost

Yes coilies are the answer!!

Adjustable ride height and damping for tuned handling are your advantages

No disadvantages as far as im concerned!!

Use Gaz from protec!! Work a treat!

Oh and drop the anti roll babr as previously said

Coilys that i got were ?400 a corner c/w matching springs!

Would recommend strenthening around the rear turrets if fiting coilovers on the back.

by strenghtening the rear turrets, do u mean just seam welding? just how u would do in the front
