MSN and broadband

just got broadband the other day and now cant get msn to work, not really sure how to fix but the problem it comes up with is 80072efd if that is any help, it wont connect
any help is appreciated

yeh i was thinkin that but im not sure how to get rid of it or remedy it etc

the xp sp2 shouldnt cause it to block it

Just go to google and type in that error code and MSN. You will get loads of advice.

cheers for that, i found that too. anyways it turns out that it was damn norton conflicting with msn after i installed broadband, had to delve deep into it and just basically have a play but the long and short is that it works now :lol:

another reason not to use norton.

go for grisofts AVG is my advice. it's much more effective and free.
