head lining

hi just wondering how 2 remove the head lining and is it easy?

its just a matter of removing trim and then SLOWLY peelin it back. its only glued on at the sides and then in the middle theres bars that if you push towards each other will pop out of there holes. its a real ball ache of a job though. ripped a few head linigs when trying to remove them from scrap cars. like i said just take ya time.

well im only asking as i have a nova im breaking and i want a lack head lining in my new nova so im going 2 give it a blast
