uprated cam

iv'e bought a cam second hand and all i got was the cam. the only thing i know about it is its made by schrick.
i plan to have it fitted once i get the head ported and polished etc and some twin 40s. what else ideally should i fit, uprate, replace when fitting the cam and where i can i get them from?
going on my 1.3sr.

may aswell fit a set of new followers, no good putting a uprated cam into an engine with buggered followers.

defeats the object of upgrading for more ponies :|

is it worth buying a set of uprated followers, seen a set of rally ones. any improvements over a set of standard ones?
they're ?75 seem about the right price?

just get a set of STD ones from autovaux.

?75 is way to much to pay! even for "uprated items"
