Does the hub have to be changed or any modifications to make them fit?

Take the guard off.

Put copper grese (thin smidge) on this surface so that the disc will come off easy when you come to remove it.

Put the disc on and the other bit :D

Then out the caliper on

Also make sure that the sliders are nice and clean. You may want to put a bit of grease on them and work the up and down a bit (The sliders are the shiney pins that connect the caliper to the carrier). Also make sure the bleed nipple is at the top. A silly point I know but its always worth mentioning.
As for all the bolts. The sliders can be nipped up tight but don't bust a blood vessel doing it, but the two main bolts are heavy duty and can be done up nice and tight. I always put a bar over the alan-key and nip them up tight. But as for tourqe settings I haven't got a clue.

Hope this helps
Dar

Foook me, thats tight for an allen key bolt.

Best of getting a allen key 1/2" drive socket and using that.
I did my old calipers using just an allen key and a bar tho, altho i went through 3 allen keys doing it :o

wicked, cheers dar.

right those sliders you where on about, is that the long silver bit (pic) that goes into two holes on the calliper?
why does that need to slide?

sounds like cooper-nova's been doing his homework, but yer that is a bit tight for an allen key.

cheers loads guys, lew
