what head for my 1.2i

what would be the best head for my 1.2i as i want some more poke out of it, until i can afford a bigger engine?

The TBwont fit the carb inlet tho? Or do you mean 1.4SPi inlet
And the 1.4SPi inlet if thats what your referring to is exactly the same size as the 1.2SPi inlet.

What you want is a 1.6SPi astra inlet manifold, and a cav 1.8SPi tb.
Then change the cam for nova SR/GTE one.

Any 8v OHC cam will fit it.
The best standard one is 14nv(1.4SR), but gte gives almost the same lift.

By the time you've bought all the right bits / gasket set / headbolts ect ... and fucked on getting it all to work properly it'll probably be cheaper and less hassel to buy another 'bigger' engine, i'm sure you could pick up a 1.4 or 1.6 motor up reasonably cheap ?!

or you could just drop in a 1.4 or 1.6 bottom end, but keep the same head so the engine looks no different, just dont tell anyone! :lol:
