Is there such a thing as an external neon (or such like) that fits within wheel arches? because my main aim is to have four of them, one in each arch beaming thru my wheels

freaky. Dunno but would look real weird - need 2 keep em clean or youd lose impact. Would they be legal? (saw prev post about external neons under cars not being legal somewhere...)

place in ayr that does locking glowing air pressure caps - they work on kinetic energy (no batteries needed). When your wheel spins they light up - at nite give the impression of glowing red brake disks - legal and well freaky.
