rite how do you go about moulding/building yourself a nice new bumper???
since theres no decent original bumpers left i was wondering whats involved in making me a nice new dave original.

i know its a lot of work but i still wanna know please.

it aint just slap on some fibreglass and mould yourself something you like is it?????

do what ever you wanna do. i mean the physical structure should be built up with fibreglass and filler (flexible!!) and any other bits n pieces that you fancy.

its all up to your imagination

I'd use the base of a nova bumper i.e, get a nova bumper that will bolt straight on and hack it apart and fibre glass new bits on, fill it smooth it and spray it !!

It will be a hell of alot easier if you have got something to work around tough like a normal nova bumper.

Yep...as Damian says.....using a normal Nova bumper as a base will make things a lot easier. At least you'll have a solid foundation to fasten your bits to!
