swappin the 1.3 sr engine to a sri with carbs, when new engine is rebuilt. just wondered if it would be worth getting a f13? as both engines have f10's just now? what box do gsi/gte's run? whats the performance difference if any between f10 and f13? all feedback appreciated. kevin

the clusters in teh F10/F13 are the same across the Wide and Close setups..

eg an F13 Cr, has the same internals as an F10 Cr. and the same goes for Wr's

the main difference is that the bellhousing on the F13 is more cavernous for a different clutch (ive never investigated the true differences between the bellhousings, ive only ever dealt with the innards)

be wary of some GTE/GSI F13's as not all at CR's
Aragorn has a link to a pic of what to look for on the end plate to tell what FD and type your cluster is.

personally i recomend the F13CR (or F10CR) cluster with a 4.18FD (although they are getting ahrd to find)

there is a guide on FD swapping in the tech guides
