car wont start (electrics)

been stood about 4 months when u turn turn key u get lights etc but started doesnt even turn or click its totaly dead
there is a kinda flat shaped plug near coil with a bracket on it were shud this go? what is it 4?

while it was stood i did full interior swap removed dash 2 spray it also hazard switch conversion

fuses an battery r fine

wack the starter motor probably stuck or could be an earth

dont think the starter is stuck there is no voltage drop when u attemt 2 crank it over

checking an clead both arth points but its still dead on first click of key u get lights hazards etc but when u turn it second click u get nothing

i guess i ve disturbed sum thing when i took dash out any 1 know what it could be ?
