Engine stops unless i hold the gas pedal down.
so i poped the hood to see if the carb is ok, apperantly it's dripping fuel and something is wrong with it...
there is this screw on the side where u cna adjust the fuel/air inlet i think, or something... this used to work once, so i turned it a few years ago and filled the hole with silicone so the screw will hold cause it always opened during driving.... anyway.... it held fine for a few years and since 2002 i havn't had any problems with the carb.
Winter came now and this **** happens..
any ideas ppl?
please help

is it all standad?.if so y not get a webber 32/34 dtml?i dont see how that will help his current problem
anyway if it is standard and it is particuly cold try making sure the rubber on the vacume pipe for the hot air supply is ok. as it may have perished and therefore the flap wont be working. also its not a bad idea to give it a nice service being as we're coming upto the winter months. also when you say it stops is this when coming to a junction or only does it when its cold/hot. could do with abit more info as to when exactly it does it
