View Full Version : Why doesn't air stick to glue?
Anybody know? Nobody I've asked knows the answer to this. :P
What do you consider air to be exactly?
Dust in the air would stick to it.
I considered air to be the gas particles flying around. Oxygen, nitrogen etc etc etc.

I'd have thought if it did stick to the glue, then the glue would no longer be sticky because it would be covered in a layer of non-sticky gas.
No? :P
i stuck MY air to some glue once, and i now have a small bald patch.
air is "technically" a liquid anyway lol and you know glue dosent stick to water.
But what glue are we talking about? Sikaflex sticks to fucking anything Pmsl.//./.

Surely if it were a liquid we would all be drowning and having to scuba everywhere!!

Another kellogs crunchy nut been on the soapbar.........
its not a liquid but more ov a vapour!
i thought it did stick to glue like when you leave it out long enough i.e. a glue stick with the top off, the glue goes hard. cause its not sticking any to items together so its sticking the air to the glue stick and dries!
well thats my brain work done for to day :D

air does stick to glue in the way it contaminats it that is why glue goes hard from outside inwards as the air particles begin to seep into the glue.
duh
