Im after a decent front mount intercooler for my C20let nova and was wondering what people recomend.
Think the regal 8.1 litre jobbie may be a bit big / overpriced. Too large litre capacity give too much turbo lag?
What about Forge universals? if so which shape i.e where do I want the inlet / outlet pipes ideally?
Space in bumper isnt really an issue
Help would be much appreciated
Cheers guys

Any pics or ideas for shape or size of sprinter van intercooler or fiat one?

Frontera 2.3 diesel one, not the best picture to be honest but keeps it fairly subtle.
as Chris said realy mate, all these sprinter ones etc arnt as efficient as a proper after market cooler, some also have crappy plastic end tanks like the std calibra one.
i had my first custom cooler made by forge only cost bout ?300, leat you know it will be a good fit etc.
the ford transit IC is pretty decent, not sure how well it would suit the nova application though

Who made that custom one in the photo you suggested?
Has it been made so that the inlet and outlet feeds fit through existing holes in the front panel?
Much cutting of the front bumper required?
How much would i be looking at for something like this?
