Wires from door to front wing

I am wanting to put some speakers and a central locking kit into my 1.2i Nova mk2.

I know there will need to be wires going from the front door past the hinge and into the front wing, but I am a bit wary about doing this as never really dealt much with drilling etc in cars

Is there a best way to do it, and should I cover the wires with rubber tubing or something??


Plus while I am at it, should I install electric windows as well?? Does this involve taking the front wing off completely?? How hard is that?

Yes use something to protect the wires and make sure when you drill the holes thay are offset so the tubing will lie flat when you shut the door :wink:
