View Full Version : does the fuel pipe behind the filler cap come off?
well, just got me new fuel cap as the old one is stuck on, as the key snapped off in it! (aftermarket one)
just need to know if i can dissconect the fuel pipe behind the filler cap, so i can drill through the old fuel cap without getting bits in the tank.
will drilling through it work?
help apprieciated, lew
there are 3 screws that hold the filler pipe to the bodywork, BUT the fuel cap locks into the pipe itself.
good luck...
