GTE rear anti roll bar removal?

i'm stripping all the parts i need of my GTE shell before it goes to 'car heaven' the rear anti-roll bar runs under the rear beam. how do you get this out? i've taken the bolts off each side and tried to draw it out. surely i'm dreaming.

a big hammer an chisel, might take a while though

so you just smack it through the other side, to draw it out then?

yep as easy as that, well it would be but its a tight fit.

unlucky me! are all nova rear beams the same? so i can fit it to the next shell i get. e.g a 1 litre or 1.2
