how do you fit white dials?

right got me some white dials. but how do you fit them?

do you have to pullthe needles off or somthing?

I think you can fit Lockwood ones without removing the needles, just slide them up under the needles.

got it sorted, went on novaland but the link tho fitting dials wasnt working but somewhere on there it said pull the needles off.

it looks loads better now!
