300 is a good price for carbs an engine then, most people on here seem to want every for nothing so will tell you its over priced if its ?30

Carbs weber 40's matched set from a nova sport
Pipercross air filter with backing plate
1.6 inlet with anti Vib kit and O rings

16se/box/injection system/shafts/servo/arb's and some other bits

yes I'm a **** who wants everything for nothing lol ;)

i bought my complete E16SE and box and low millage recondishioned carb's bought seperatley and had change from ?200.

no but you have already been told the ball park figure but you keep asking just because someone once got it cheaper. i just got a complete gsi dash including clocks shelves mint glovebox plux centre consol with electric window switches for ?10. does that mean your not gonna pay over ?10 for one no, so why just cos someone else got an engine cheaper do you think you'll be able to find one?? if this is a good engine and good carbs go for it. plus you only have one delivery/pickup charge which if it were two seperate charges cos you found them seperatly for cheaper the extra cost to get them to youo would round it up again so just buy the bludi things
