Rear Disc Conversion

I have got a rear disc beam, well the calipers, discs, pads, rear nova axle with the astra hubs or whatever it is welded onto it.

What else do I need to get?

Is it really worth doing, i know it looks a lot better, how much hassle is it, MOT etc....

I know the rear brakes dont really do a lot.
