I have just been given a Tornado 1-AGW 100 10'' componet subwoofer 4OHM Its in a siled box. You cant see the sub and its got no holes in the box ever..
Is the new sub better then my old one and would if give out more bass or will the 15'' be better?
I would like to no. would it be ok to use both sub in my boot one is a 10'' other is 15''
If not is there any where else i can fit the sub?
If it is ok to use both subs what would be a good install to do so they both look good in the boot?
Sorry i asked so much but as you can see i dont no much about I.C.E and need all the help i can get? Thank you.

from the information youve just given i would say that the pro plus sub would be the better option. a speaker works by moving air creating sound waves so if the tornado sub is in a sealed box and you cant see it i would assume that its sealed inside so it cant have access to any air to move.
The only subs which should be stuck actually inside a box would be using a band pass method which would be a ported box (ports being tuned to allow a frequency band to pass through).
it is possible to use both subs however i would make a new box for the tornado sub.

Thank you mate.
The person i get the sub of said that the box is fine to use.
Would it be better if i got a Plastic front for the sub box? and put a plastic tube in the side of the box like my other sub had to let air in and out?
Would i get a lot more bass with both subs? As i dont think i get much just of the 15''
One last thing what would be the best way to put both the subs in the boot to make it look good?? So i have a nice looking boot install

if you can put some pics up of that other sub.
from my experiance the best way to have the subs in the boot of a nova is both subs faceing towards the boot lid with the backs against the seat.
if they point against the seat then the airflows ristricted and if they point each other then the sound waves crash into each other giving an effect of cancelling the bass.
theres only a few ways subs should be fitted:
FREE AIR - no box required. however there arnt many subs available like this
SEALED BOX - usually for punchy bass. not all subs can be fitted this way though.
PORTED BOX - Usually for high excursion subs, gives a deeper bass. again not all subs can be mounted this way.
BAND PASS - as mentioned in last post, subs are placed inside a ported box. ports are tuned to allow a frequency band to pass.

Would they both work ok in this type of box and till give me loads of bass?

Im thinking about makeing this box. It would fit the hole of my boot would look really good. But only going to do it if it would sound good and work ok I want lots of bass

make sure you calculate the volume of the boxes correctley as this really effects the overall sound quality and volume. my 15" sub needed 2 and a quarter cubic feet which is a chunk out of the nova boot.
