Over the last coupla' days have been working on the nova with a friend, decided to go for the badboy bonnet look with vents! also a flushed tail gate, which is stil in progress but here is what we have done so far!

Not keen on that fella, Just looks wrong for some reason, If you like it tho thats all that matters, i just dont think it suits the front end very well.

It dont look shut rite matey hope thay are working bonnet pins and watch your self on the motor way :?

its about as shut as you'll get it lol, bit of a gap on the side, not sure whether it was because it was off a mark one? hmm may have to do some adjusting and bonnet pins work

iI had the same problem at 1st< now when i shut my bonnet its a bastard to open again :lol:
Can't say I like that myself... the badboy bit is too round, IMO it should be more angular

hmmm it is hard too reach the latch underneath! lol i see what ya mean about the lip!
it doesn't look that bad, like the bonnet pins :wink:

Cut a section out the grill you wot see it :wink: thats wot i done

yer i cut the grill out, first time i shut it and realised i couldnt open! doh! had to get a Wire hanger and pick at it! lool! still kinda hard to reach but its not too bad :)

needs to be cut straight across so it's square imo
bad boy bonnets really aren't my thing tbh.

I have no problem reaching the latch its the pulling the cabel bit coz the bonnets so heavy :?

I think the one on james old car looks ok if thats what your affter,the supernovas one is poo i have it but never fitted it,and the Q'C one is just a bit too much for my liking,looks wrong also with the mk2 lights works ok with mk1's.
I recon we got it just about right on my mate's..

ah yer, thats very nice! the old one had holes where the badge was, and i liked the badboy effect, might have to straighten up the edge a bit maybe, hmm

As you have bonnet pins, why don't you remove the latch completly then you've got no worries. Thats what i've done with mine!

The rounded ones dont suit the square lines of the nova, would suit a 206 or something better. Would square it off tbh... looks good other than that
