Think i need a new shell!! opinions pls (pics)

took the dashboard out today, re-moved the sound proofing and the bulk head fell to bits!! i found a few other nastyness aswell. bear in mind i am using this car for track days and was gonna get it seam welded and the hh kit fitted. what do you think?
note the red screwdriver is all the way out to the other side!!!!

well thats pretty bad but there are people out there that have fixed worse so it aint to bad

Thats gone, the rest of the car must be in a similar state, back edge of front wheel arches - where your foot rests on the inner wheel arch if sitting in the fron seats, and also the rear chassis legs are probably on the way out too,

Plenty of good shells about for not a lot of money now.
