Putting stereo somewhere different?

Is it possible to position the stereo somewhere different on the front dash rather than at the bottom near the cig lighter??

you can fit it in the top vents. never done it myself, look in the features section.probably best to start in the 1.2s.

did see a relly cool custom door cards with the head uniti mounted in on a micra k11. i'll see if i can find any pics. may be worth a thought

Leave head unit in the dash but rewire the face off to be in the sun visors.

I know this is an old post, but i saw a bucket seat the other day that the headunit was in the bit between ya legs that sticks up like on a rollercoaster, (not ur u know wat!) n then twizzled round so that it was horizontal, hard to explain, but looked very trick!

my mate had his down where the fuse box is. just remove the drivers shelf. use ur cage for the bracket then bolt down just behind the fuse box. trick as fook for the thief
