I heard that you can use a Fiat Uno wiper motor with a Lada Samara arm to make a mono wiper for a nova! Could this be true and if so has any one done it and does it work well?

yes it works but in time it will shag your screen through scratching. read the guide on novaweb or email kev or elg to find out the details.

all u have 2 do is cut 10mm of the little gold piece on the linkage neaxt too the motor.....easy

Ballsy is right i have done that and use a 306 rear wiper arm and it's fine

there are single wiper conversion kits for ?87 on www.tunning.co.uk just look for nova -> fast road -> Bodystyling and it should be at the bottom of the screen
