Left click,highlight it then right click copy and then reply post right click and paste.

depends what the attachment is... if its like a pic or file or something you'll need to save it to your pc, then upload it online somewher, then link to it in your post...

pmsl - I was doing that too - going onto the internet after my team started singing random wham! songs - so we had a wee 80's revival and I emailed the lyrics to the whole office!
