at my wrk a cavvy 1,8spi has come in

i want the spi unit (carb/throttle body etc) inlet manifold and cam etc.

is it worth it??

wat kind of gain would this reach?

please dont tell me the usual "bin the engine, its pointless", i know it is, i just like farting about with it. learning the basics of tuning etc

im banned ya c so i have too much time on my hands

unfortunately , im going to have to say theres no point for one major reason, and that is that none of it will fit!

the 1.2spi setup is perfectley adaquate for providing enough fuel for the standard engine.

Best way to get a bit more is to put a 1.3/1.4sr engine in or an MPi Nova engine.

check the tuning guide for the 1.4spi on here though before u decide.

The 1.8 inlet wont fit the 1200 head.
You would need to fit a 1.6 spi inlet, and then put the 1.8 tb on that.

But if your engine is otherwise standard, and staying that way, then i wouldn't bother. It will probably overfuel a lot due to a bigger injector.

As snowface said, have a look at Aragorns guide in the technical guides.
