Reckon its much lighter than a standard hatch? - Bearing in mind it would have to have more metal welded on for strength?

the only thing that lets it down is the meshed grill and (might be thick here) but how do you get into the pick up bit.
looks like a solid metal top and no rear boot release.

I see its in Whitby - I'm from there and my parents still live there - from the pics looks like its at the top of Green Lane on the East Side.

Might get my dad to pop over and have a look - must say looks different!
