hey guys jut wonderin how hard it is to wire up an injection engine thinkin of puttin a 1.4sri engine into ma saloon bt wundered hw hard it is. cheers

could always get a GSI/SRI loom and repalce the whole loom. Nice and easy peasy.

Yes.
As if you dont swap the whole loom, then you have to find and cut all the engine loom wires off the main loom, as they are integrated, instead of the engine loom being seperate.

ahh right ok great help thanks. also anyone no wat power the sri engine puts out n does it produce more on injection or with twin 40's

Standard power is 82bhp.

It will produce more on t40s, especially if you fit a nice cam as well :)

ok mate cheers wat sorta money wud i b l;ookin at for a decent sri engine n box then? wanna go mental with my saloon bt leave body standard wolf in sheeps clothin style bt gota stay low cc for min cuz of insurance

i'd be looking for a corsa sri 8v engine... seperate loom so easy to fit

same power, just easy to fit, cos the engine loom is seperate to the car loom, unlike the nova sri, with is all-in-one loom

not a clue mate, try local breakers, scrap yards, for sale's add's on here, or corsa sport, migweb etc etc
