take old ones off an put the 2lt ones on thats about as simple as it goes. Use the 2lt caliper bracket as well though and cut teh dust guard down at the back otherwise it will catch with the bigger brakes on. Very easy pretty much a straight swap.

make sure the 2.0 callipers are ATE and not Delco.

also make sure you bleed the system and uprate your master cylinder - if youve got the piddley standard nova one it's not got the power to push the uprated brakes and they'll be worse!!!

Get the nova GTE/GSi one - straight swap...

i thought all the nova master cylinders were the same and its only the nova gte's that have the larger servo

I didnt touch my servo or master cylinder and the stopping power my brakes gave was mint with the ATE calipers

Make sure bleed nipples are at the top!

A very common error!

Most people i have asked haven't touched master cylinder or servo and the brakes have worked fine, a lot better than standard nova brakes.

But if you have a gte servo etc lying around, might as well chuck it on if it wont cost you anything.
If i had to buy a servo and master cylinder tho, i wouldn't bother, and would just stick with the 1200 one i have.
I think all master cylinders are the same, the gte/gsi etc had a bigger servo, it was 200mm instead of 180mm on other novas IIRC.
