leaking?

whats best way to check for a water leak? think i can see where its coming from but not 110% sure and dont wanna take it in garage yet.

look rond the hoses and u'll c if its leaking or put it on a dry bit of road and fill the header tank up and have a good look rond hoes and the rad

sometimes the split will close up on idle but spray like fook when you rev it.

Get a mate to stand in front of the car with the bonnet open (not leaning over it obviously :lol: ) and give it a rev. It should spay like a geyser making it obvious where its coming from :lol:
This happened on my girlfriends SR, i knew it was losing water but didnt know where from. Only found it when i changed the plugs and gave it a rev to check it was ok, and a spurt of water sprayed out (bit like when your changing a nappy :lol: )
