Well it took me about 25 mins,

a sheet of a4 paper, a pen (yep used all the ink it had left) a few finger nails, some hair

and when i realised the answer a big bruise where i decided to kick myself in the arse for not seeing it sooner

See the thing is, everybody that really wants to solve it will immediately try to see something difficult,

those with an open mind that don't care are more likely to get it, because they aren't thinking as hard....

see i was challenged as to how fast i could actually do it, so i really looked at everything possible thing i could.... took me roughly 10 spins i spos but there was alot of work between lol!!

lmao - Yup those lights seem to always go to red when you approach them. I reckon someone sits in one of the windows with a little control box(that controls the lights) waiting for cars to make there way up the road.
